How do I place an order?

Please add desired products to your cart and check out using a credit card.

When will I receive tracking for my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order.

Where is my order?

Returning Items

All orders placed are final sale. Due to COVID-19 restrictions there are no returns currently.

Can you support our international employees and offices?

Jazwares Merch store and checkout pages are set-up to deliver globally.

Can I share the link to the store externally?

Please do not share the link externally as we are set up for internal Jazmanian orders only.

Can I place orders for friends and family?

The merch store is only accessible by current Jazmanians however, you most certainly can purchase for yourself, your friends, and your family!

How often will new products be added?

We will evaluate what is selling and what people like. We will also take into consideration suggestions for desired items.
